Orders

  • Once an order has been processed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.
  • If Shrella cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Standard delivery across India generally takes 10–12 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through Email or WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.
