International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Address

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our shipping partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shrella.in, along with clear images or videos of the package and product.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as delivered by our shipping partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Shrella is not liable for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.
