At Shrella, each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and attention to detail. We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase while maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only if all the following conditions are met:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and shows no signs of wear
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and certificates (if any)
- Proof of purchase is provided
Return requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Earrings or any jewelry worn on pierced areas (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shrella.in with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will be required to ship the product to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the product reaches us safely. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. Shrella is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
Refunds will be processed only after the product passes inspection and is approved.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7 working days after inspection
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue. Eligible cases will be reviewed and resolved through replacement or refund, at Shrella’s discretion.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, refunds will be processed as store credit. If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
